Policy regarding solicitation
While we at Stratton Chiropractic Clinic believe that there are many wonderful products and services available in our community, we are focused on delivering the best patient care we can provide. In support of this goal, we have developed the following policy regarding solicitation:
We (including the doctors, staff, and/or any representative of the clinic) do not accept or allow:
1. Any solicitation in the form of phone calls, personal appearances, or in-promptu walk-in requests. All such solicitation will be turned away without consideration of the material.
2. The display of advertising material on clinic premises. This includes, but is not limited to, magazines, brochures, business cards, displays, etc. Unauthorized material will we disposed of without notice. We assume no responsibility for unsolicited material.
3. The posting of flyers, pamphlets, etc. on clinic premises. Unauthorized displays will be disposed of without notice. We assume no responsibility for unsolicited material.
We will accept solicitation via email or through post mail. The appropriate staff member will review the material and contact the sender only if we are interested. We will not respond to unsolicited advertisement if we are not interested.
We reserve the right to modify, change, or except any portion, all or in part, of this policy at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.
